Rise Technical Recruitment seeks an experienced Engineering & Programme Manager in Witney. You will own the engineering function within a growing manufacturing environment, leading projects from brief to production and shaping the team.

Qualifications

• Experience in a senior engineering, programme or engineering management position.
• Strong understanding of precision engineering.
• Strong SolidWorks skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering projects from brief through to production.
• Coach and develop the Engineering and Quality teams.
• Drive NPD, process improvement and continuous improvement across Engineering and Manufacturing.
