Job summary

Alpine Formula One Team in Enstone, UK is seeking a highly organised Procurement Coordinator on a 6-month fixed-term contract to support the procurement team with administrative and coordination tasks, PO processing, and supplier liaison.

You will monitor deliveries, generate reports, ensure policy compliance, and contribute to continuous improvement, working closely with stakeholders across the business.

Qualifications

• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to work with multiple stakeholders across the business.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and data management tools; ERP literacy desirable.

Responsibilities

• Progress and chase open purchase orders and provide delivery updates.
• Create and issue purchase orders on behalf of buyers.
• Support issuing of free-issue components.
• Assist with supplier invoice queries and reporting.
