  • Ensuring project trackers are up to date at all times
  • Processing project orders and invoices
  • Problem solving
  • Uploading specifications and quotations
  • Keeping clients informed of the project pipeline
Skills & Experience
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • Great written and spoken communication skills
  • 2 years administration experience
  • Experience with procurement and logistics would be preferable but not necessary
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
