A leading interior design studio in London is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to support their operations. The role involves managing procurement and logistics for high-end projects, ensuring smooth operations from order placement to delivery. Ideal candidates will have a background in interiors or logistics, with strong organisational skills and proficiency in Excel. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to design-led projects globally.
Rhythm Careers is proud to be partnering with a respected London-based interior design studio to help them find a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator. Known for delivering refined, high-end interiors across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and the US, this studio is growing – and needs someone to keep the moving parts moving.
This is a key role in the team, supporting the design and operations sides of the business by managing procurement and logistics across several international projects. From ordering furniture and finishes to tracking deliveries and dealing with storage, you’ll be hands-on at every stage of the process.
The role involves a bit of everything – placing orders, keeping records up to date, chasing suppliers, arranging shipping, and staying on top of budgets and timelines. You'll also help with financial reconciliations, supplier onboarding, and keeping documentation and schedules tidy and accurate.
They’re looking for someone who’s highly organised and confident managing lots of details. You’ll ideally have a background in interiors, procurement, or logistics (around 3 years’ experience), and be a strong Excel user. Some knowledge of FF&E suppliers and materials would be a plus, and familiarity with tools like InDesign or Photoshop is always welcome – though not essential.
If you're someone who enjoys working behind the scenes to make sure everything runs smoothly – and likes the idea of contributing to beautiful, design-led projects around the world – this could be a great fit. Apply by sending your CV through to beth@rhythmcareers.com
