Job summary

Residential Living Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Manager to establish and lead a strategic procurement and contract management function for a rapidly growing residential property platform. You will develop procurement strategy, supplier partnerships, governance frameworks, and commercial best practices that drive value and performance.

You will work with operations, finance and leadership to ensure supplier performance, cost efficiencies, and compliant governance

Qualifications

• Significant experience in procurement, commercial management or contract management.
• Experience negotiating and managing complex supplier contracts.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial capability.
• Excellent contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the organisation's procurement strategy.
• Lead end-to-end sourcing and tender processes.
• Negotiate supplier and contractor agreements.
• Establish contract management and governance frameworks.
• Create supplier performance metrics and reporting processes.
• Build and maintain strategic supplier relationships.
• Drive cost efficiencies and value creation initiatives.
• Manage procurement risk and supplier compliance; develop policies, procedures and procurement controls.
• Deliver spend analytics and commercial insights.
• Support mobilisation of new contracts and supplier partnerships.
• Ensure consistent service delivery across a geographically dispersed portfolio.
