Residential Living Recruitment is seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Manager to establish and lead a strategic procurement function for a growing residential platform.

You will develop procurement strategy, governance frameworks and supplier partnerships to drive value, performance and customer experience across a dispersed portfolio.

We are seeking an experienced Contracts & Procurement Manager to establish and lead a strategic procurement and contract management function for a rapidly growing residential property platform.

The Role

Reporting into senior leadership, you will be responsible for designing and implementing procurement and supplier management processes that support a large-scale residential portfolio.

You'll work closely with operations, finance, asset management and leadership teams to ensure supplier performance, commercial value and service quality remain at the highest level.

Key responsibilities include:

• Demonstrable experience negotiating and managing complex supplier contracts
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels
• Experience establishing procurement processes, governance frameworks or supplier performance programmes
• Commercially astute with strong analytical and financial capability
• Excellent contract negotiation and supplier relationship management skills

Highly Desirable
