Job summary

The UK Atomic Energy Authority is seeking a Compliance Administrator to support the Procurement team. You will maintain accurate data, perform basic compliance checks, collate reports and respond to user queries while assisting with training and general administrative duties.

Based onsite in Oxfordshire, you’ll work with the Requisitioners and Responsible Officers, deputise at meetings, and act as a superuser for the Contract Management System and eTendering portal.

Qualifications

  • Five GCSEs, including Maths and English Language.
  • Office or administrative experience with Word and Excel.
  • Good written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working with numerical data and producing accurate reports.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Ability to manage your workload and collaborate with colleagues.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain accurate data and databases in support of the Commercial function.
  • Collate and prepare internal and external reports.
  • Carry out compliance checks for the creation and amendment of vendors.
  • Provide guidance and support to users via helpdesk tickets.
  • Support the delivery of training for Requisitioners and Responsible Officers.
  • Use problem-solving skills to resolve user queries and issues.
  • Undertake checks to support the P2P assurance processes.
  • Deputise at meetings and support system changes when required.
  • Act as a superuser for the Contract Management System and eTendering portal.
  • Support the management of the shared email inbox.
