Morgan Law Partners Llp is supporting a diverse, socially focused organisation in the search for a Procurement Compliance Manager to lead procurement governance, policy and process improvement across the business. This is a hybrid role in North London requiring strong public procurement expertise, regulatory knowledge and the ability to deliver measurable efficiency savings while line-managing two reports.

Qualifications

• Significant experience leading procurement activity in regulated/public sector settings.
• Strong knowledge of UK public procurement legislation and best practice.
• Proven track record improving governance, policy and compliance.
• Experience delivering savings and efficiency opportunities through procurement.

Responsabilités

• Lead and continuously improve procurement policy, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure compliant procurement activity in line with legislation and internal controls.
• Provide expert procurement guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive a culture of commercial awareness and effective contract management.
• Oversee tendering, sourcing and contract renewals across spend categories.
• Line-manage two direct reports in procurement and insurance services.
