Morgan Law is seeking a Procurement Compliance Manager to lead governance, policy and process improvements across the business. The role combines strong commercial delivery with compliance and regulatory oversight, with hybrid working requiring two days per week in North London.

As the SME for procurement compliance, you will work with stakeholders across functions, drive value-for-money, support procurement maturity, and line-manage two reports in procurement and insurance services.

Formación

• Significant experience leading procurement activity in a regulated or public sector environment.
• Strong knowledge of UK public procurement legislation and best practice.
• Proven ability to identify and deliver savings and efficiency opportunities.
• Experience managing end-to-end tendering exercises and contract awards.
• Previous people management experience with developing and motivating teams.
• Professional procurement membership and commitment to continued professional development.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and continuously improve procurement policy, procedures and governance frameworks.
• Ensure procurement activity across the organisation is delivered compliantly and in accordance with relevant legislation and internal controls.
• Provide expert procurement advice and guidance to stakeholders at all levels.
• Drive a culture of commercial awareness, procurement best practice and effective contract management.
• Manage and maintain procurement schedules, contract registers and supplier records.
• Oversee tendering and sourcing activities across a broad range of spend categories.
• Monitor upcoming contract renewals and develop forward procurement plans.
• Identify and deliver cost savings, efficiencies and value-for-money opportunities.
• Produce high-quality reports and recommendations for senior leadership, committees and boards.
• Ensure procurement processes remain aligned to legislative and regulatory developments.
• Lead procurement training and awareness initiatives across the organisation.
• Oversee insurance-related procurement activities and supplier relationships.
• Line manage and develop two direct reports, fostering a high-performance culture.
