City Site Solutions Ltd in Oxfordshire is recruiting an experienced Commercial & Procurement Manager to own procurement and commercial activities across our project portfolio.

You will source materials, negotiate with suppliers, manage subcontractor procurement, monitor budgets and drive value engineering, working directly with directors. The role offers autonomy and the chance to develop a strong supplier network within a growing family-run business.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Commercial, Procurement, Buying or Quantity Surveying within construction.
• Experience sourcing materials, negotiating prices and managing procurement from enquiry to delivery.
• Strong understanding of cost control, value engineering and maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Owning procurement and purchasing across multiple live construction projects.
• Sourcing materials, specialist products and finishes to meet project specs.
• Building and leveraging a network of suppliers, subcontractors and trades.
• Reviewing quotations, negotiating prices and securing favourable terms.
• Monitoring lead times, purchase orders and deliveries to keep programmes on track.
• Providing commercial updates to directors and supporting procurement processes as the business grows.
