AXA UK is seeking a Category Manager for a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. The role involves managing the UK&I Procurement strategy, ensuring compliance, and enhancing supplier relationships. The position offers a hybrid working model and a competitive salary package.
Do you have recent procurement experience supporting a broad range of indirect categories? We’re seeking a Category Manager to join our Procurement team on a 9-12 month fixed-term contract. You’ll be responsible for managing and implementing the UK and Ireland (UK&I) Procurement strategy within the agreed scope, using Category Management Processes and in accordance with the appropriate RACI matrix defined with the team.
You’ll work to increase efficiency, ensure compliance with FCA/PRA requirements, reduce costs, and adhere to best practices. This role offers a great opportunity to contribute to and develop our business functions, ensuring supplier relationships comply with FCA/PRA standards and business risks are mitigated.

You'll work at least 40% of your week away from home, increasing to the majority of your working week from September 2025. 'Away from home' includes attendance at our office locations, visiting clients, or attending industry events.
