Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement integrated communication strategies aligned with government priorities and national objectives.
• Oversee media relations and public engagement strategies, ensuring a consistent and impactful narrative.
• Manage high-profile campaigns that enhance government reputation and strengthen public trust.
• Lead crisis communication efforts, offering proactive and reactive strategies to safeguard reputational interests.
• Collaborate with senior government officials, advising on strategic messaging and policy communications.
• Direct multi-channel outreach initiatives including digital, press, and stakeholder engagement programs.
• Monitor and analyse regional and global trends impacting public communication strategies.
• Lead and mentor a high-performing communications team, ensuring capability development and knowledge sharing.

Qualifications & Skills:

• 18-20 years of experience in strategic communications, government relations, or public affairs.
• Experience within GCC government entities or global agencies advising public sector clients.
• Expertise in crisis management, media relations, and stakeholder engagement.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Proven ability to work with high-level officials and decision-makers.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is a plus.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with experience in digital transformation strategies in communications.
