We are seeking a proactive procurement buyer to manage our UK, EU, and US material sourcing activities. This role involves close collaboration with procurement, sales planning, and logistics teams to ensure the timely and efficient delivery of quality materials.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end procurement and material planning processes.
• Forecast material needs based on production plans.
• Create, track, and amend purchase orders using SAP.
• Resolve supply issues, mitigate risks, and prevent delays.
• Monitor supplier performance and build strong vendor relationships.
• Oversee inventory levels and ensure timely invoice processing.
• Coordinate in-transit inventory with logistics for cost-effective solutions.
• Ensure compliance with internal procurement and quality procedures.
• Support continuous improvement and 5S initiatives.
