Burberry is seeking a Procurement PO Analyst to join the PO Administration team. You will manage the end-to-end purchase order lifecycle, ensuring accuracy, compliance and timely processing in collaboration with Finance, Accounts Payable and business teams.
You will help maintain high-quality procurement data, support policy adherence, and drive continuous improvement of processes. Strong ERP experience (SAP) and proficient MS Office skills are essential.

We are hiring a Procurement PO Analyst to join Burberry's PO Administration team, playing a key role in ensuring the smooth and effective management of the purchase order lifecycle across the business. This role combines operational excellence with continuous improvement, helping to maintain high-quality procurement data, strengthen compliance and enhance the experience of internal stakeholders and suppliers. Working closely with Finance, Accounts Payable and business teams, you will help create efficient, reliable procurement processes that support the wider organisation. As a trusted specialist in purchase order operations, you will contribute to building best practice and driving meaningful process improvements across Burberry.
