Job summary

TEP - The Environment Partnership seeks a Procurement Administrator to join the Land Management team. The role supports national projects and offers hybrid working with time spent at home and in our Warrington, Market Harborough or Gateshead offices.

You will handle tender processes, coordinate with suppliers and ensure timely procurement activities. A strong MS Office skillset, organisational ability and team spirit are essential for success in this position.

Qualifications

• GCSEs including English and Maths at Grade 4/C or above and related further qualification.
• Proficiency in MS Office applications including Excel, Word and Outlook.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with colleagues and stakeholders.
• Excellent organisational and time management abilities to meet deadlines.
• Attention to detail, accuracy and good judgement.
• Willingness to learn and develop procurement knowledge and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and issue tender documents.
• Respond to contractor queries promptly.
• Evaluate tender responses and select suitable bids.
• Manage relationships with suppliers and monitor performance.
• Report on procurement performance and trends.
• Assess and manage contractor compliance.
