Hours of work: 37.5 hours per week, day shift only

Rotating Shift pattern: 6am – 2pm and 2pm – 10pm Monday to Friday

Salary: £27,573.14 per annum + £1.918.80 Shift allowance

Job Summary

This role is responsible for safely and efficiently operating production equipment including shredding, blending and milling plant, along with mobile plant. The role involves operating a front-end loader for the majority of the shift, with regular requirements to step on and off the machine to carry out equipment checks, inspections and general production support tasks. You will help ensure production targets are achieved, maintain high housekeeping standards and collaborate effectively with the production and maintenance teams.

About You

You are a reliable, safety-focused operative with hands-on industrial experience, confident operating loading shovels and plant equipment. You work well independently, maintain excellent housekeeping standards and contribute to a safe, efficient production environment. You will have Valid loading shovel license, Valid driving license, Good numeracy, literacy and IT competence, Understanding of health, safety and environmental protocols, Industrial experience is preferred, Safety-focused with strong communication skills.
