Job summary

Thames Water is recruiting a Process Technician for Maple Lodge STW. The role is hybrid based in Maple Lodge, WD3 9SQ, with 38 hours per week, 8:30?–16:36? or similar, and standby/OT opportunities. You will perform planned maintenance, operate plant, and respond to faults to keep wastewater treatment running smoothly.

No sector background is required; a UK driving licence is essential. The role supports the company’s green goals and offers a clear career path with a strong benefits package.

Qualifications

• Carry out scheduled planned maintenance on plant and equipment.
• Operate and clean plant to meet on-site standards and safety rules.
• Attend reactive jobs following faults or failures.
• Maintain site cleanliness and perform safety checks.
