About the role:

We have a great opportunity for 3 Process Technicians to join our Mogden Sewage Treatment team. You do not need a background in the Water industry. We welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.

You will be part of the frontline operations team covering sewage treatment sites. This essential front-line role is vital for business operations. You will work in all weather conditions, carrying out various tasks to ensure our wastewater treatment works operate effectively, maintaining supply to customers and protecting the environment. This includes preventive maintenance of equipment to support plant operation.

What you’ll be doing as the Process Technician
  • Carrying out scheduled maintenance on plant and equipment to improve resilience.
  • Operating and cleaning plant and equipment to meet operational and safety standards.
  • Responding to reactive jobs following equipment failures.
  • Maintaining site cleanliness and security checks.
  • Working safely and adhering to health and safety guidelines.

Base Location: Mogden - Isleworth - TW7 7LW

Working Pattern: 38 hours, Monday to Friday, 7:30 am – 3:36 pm, with standby, overtime, and additional earning opportunities upon training completion.

  • Be self-motivated, disciplined, eager to learn, and have a positive attitude. The role can be demanding but rewarding.
  • Take ownership of faults, understand problems deeply, and resolve issues promptly.
  • Have excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Be a team player with a proactive approach to site improvements.
  • Be willing to undergo safety training.
  • Have knowledge of health and safety standards.
  • Hold a full UK driver’s license.
