Thames Water is recruiting a Process Technician for Esher STW. You will perform planned maintenance on site, operate and clean equipment, and respond to faults while following safety procedures. A full UK driving licence is required, and a company van is provided.
Based in Esher with a 38-hour week, the role offers overtime opportunities after training and a competitive benefits package including pension and health assessments.
We have a great opportunity for a Process Technician to join our team at Esher Sewage Treatment Works. You do not need a background in the waste or water industry. We would welcome applications from candidates outside of the sector, bringing fresh perspectives and ideas.
This role is an essential front-line role, which the business simply cannot operate without you. Every day is different; you will be working in all weather conditions carrying out a range of tasks across multiple sites to ensure the essential functions of our sewage treatment works operate to maintain the supply to our customers and protect the environment. Planned preventative maintenance of equipment to support the operation of the plant.

Base Location: Esher STW, Farm Road, Esher, KT10 8AU.
Working Pattern: 38 Hours per week, Monday – Friday, plus Standby rota payments & overtime opportunities can increase your earning potential upon completion of essential company training.
Due to the nature of this role you must hold a full UK drivers Licence.
Equipment: All PPE, tools, a company van and a fuel card are provided.
