Job summary

Wabtec Corporation in Lincoln is seeking a Process Support Operator to support turbocharger manufacture in a hands-on warehouse environment. You will handle stores operations and pack turbocharger spare parts for global export, with other supporting tasks as needed.

The role requires good communication, timekeeping and flexibility to work shifts. A full UK driving licence is preferred, along with forklift experience if possible.

An exciting opportunity to job a well-established local business that designs, manufactures and tests industrial turbochargers supplied into the power generation, marine and rail traction industries.

The Process Support Operator role will undertake a wide range of duties in support of turbocharger manufacture:

• Stores Operations
• Packing Turbocharger spare parts for global export
• Other supporting tasks

Qualifications

Experience

• Preferably 2 years experience in a Warehouse/factory environment

Skills

• Full/Valid UK Driving License
• Preferably a valid counterbalance and/or reach forklift truck license
• Be self-motivated and have good communication skills, both verbal and written
• Show good timekeeping and be flexible to work shift patterns
