Zusammenfassung

Rolls-Royce Derby is seeking a Process Safety Advisor to coordinate and implement safety arrangements for high-consequence hazards, ensuring regulatory requirements are met. The role is based onsite in Derby, full-time days.

You will provide safety assurance, support hazard studies (HAZOP, LOPA), maintain SIS controls, and develop safety performance indicators while coaching operations and engineering teams.

Qualifikationen

• Candidates must hold NEBOSH Process Safety qualifications and/or General NEBOSH.
• Experience writing, developing, implementing and assuring management arrangements to manage risk.
• Experience with risk management for high-consequence hazards and regulated environments.

Aufgaben

• Provide specialist process safety advice and support across operations, projects and engineering.
• Maintain and improve the process safety management system.
• Support HAZOP, LOPA, SIL assessments, What-If and other process hazard studies.
• Support COMAH/major accident hazard management where applicable.
• Development & support of Bow-tie diagrams for high-consequence hazards and assurance of controls.
• Provide coaching and training to operational, engineering and maintenance teams.
