Joining our Engineering function as a Process, Performance & Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, performance and compliance of our Total Loss teams. Working closely with Team Leaders and technical training specialists, you'll help facilitate onboarding programmes, development pathways, skill progression and competency across the department.
With a proactive approach, you'll identify opportunities to improve operational processes, develop meaningful management information and performance dashboards, support quality and compliance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across the department. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, using your analytical mindset and passion for people development to deliver positive outcomes for both colleagues and customers.

Salary from £24,854 - £31,237 per annum depending on experience, enhanced by a generous bonus scheme based on your individual and business performance.
Annual Leave -Start with 24 days, increasing to 26 days with service. Of course, you’ll have public holidays too and an extra day’s leave to celebrate your birthday!
