Job summary

FMG is seeking a Process, Performance and Training Coordinator in Huddersfield to develop people, improve processes and use data to drive performance. You’ll support onboarding, development pathways and competency across Total Loss teams, collaborating with Team Leaders and training specialists to deliver outcomes for colleagues and customers.

Joining our Engineering function as a Process, Performance & Training Coordinator, you'll play a key role in supporting the development, performance and compliance of our Total Loss teams. Working closely with Team Leaders and technical training specialists, you'll help facilitate onboarding programmes, development pathways, skill progression and competency across the department.

With a proactive approach, you'll identify opportunities to improve operational processes, develop meaningful management information and performance dashboards, support quality and compliance activities, and help drive continuous improvement across the department. You'll work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels, using your analytical mindset and passion for people development to deliver positive outcomes for both colleagues and customers.

Salary from £24,854 - £31,237 per annum depending on experience, enhanced by a generous bonus scheme based on your individual and business performance.

  • You'll have excellent organisational skills, strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering high-quality work.
  • You'll be comfortable analysing data, producing reports and creating meaningful management information that supports operational decision-making.
  • You'll have strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel, with the ability to create and maintain performance dashboards and reports.
  • You'll enjoy identifying opportunities for process improvement and supporting the successful implementation of change across a busy operational environment.
