Pilgrim's Europe in Dungannon is seeking a Process Operative Hangers to join our production team. You will process products in your department while upholding hygiene, quality, and health and safety standards at all times.

You will work as part of a team to achieve production KPIs, with shifts across Team A, B or C as specified. The role emphasizes safe operation of machinery, accurate packaging and labeling, and cooperation with colleagues to maintain a high standard of output in a supportive

Responsibilities

• Carry out processing duties (e.g., hanging, filleting, sealing, trimming, basting, packing, defeathering or evisceration).
• Ensure hygiene, safety and quality standards at all times.
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently.
• Produce a high standard of work consistently.
• Perform packaging, labelling and boxing tasks.
• Follow company policies and health & safety regulations.
• Cooperate with managers and colleagues to maintain a safe, productive workplace.
• Report hazards, defects or incidents promptly.
