Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Operate plant machinery to manufacture products to production standards.
• Perform in-process quality checks and basic lab testing (e.g., pH, viscosity).
• Receive, check and store raw materials correctly.
• Package and dispatch finished products to customer specifications.
• Maintain site organisation and assist with maintenance as required.
• Follow Health, Safety, Environmental and Quality procedures.

Salary/Rate: £32.5k - 34.5k per year + pension, bonus, annual leave

Shifts: Rotating Days & Nights, Monday to Friday

The Role

This is a varied and hands-on position where you’ll be responsible for:

Operating plant machinery to manufacture products to exact production standards

Performing in-process quality checks and basic laboratory testing (e.g., pH, viscosity)

Receiving, checking, and correctly storing raw materials

Packaging and dispatching finished products to customer specifications

Maintaining site organisation and assisting with maintenance when required

Working in line with strict Health, Safety, Environmental, and Quality procedures
