This Process Operative role in Bourton-on-the-Water offers full-time temporary work with Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial, paying £12.71 per hour, rising to £13.45 after completing company training. The position follows a four-day week, Monday to Thursday, 06:00 to 16:00, with overtime available. Duties involve assembling high-quality medical devices in a controlled cleanroom, including basic assembly, labelling and packing, while adhering to strict manufacturing procedures and GMP standards. Applicants should demonstrate precision, attention to detail and the ability to follow documented processes reliably. An immediate start is available for the right candidate. Paying: £12.71ph, increased to £13.45ph after full company training , Working Pattern: 4-day working week, Monday to Thursday 06:00 - 16:00. Overtime available. Immediate start available for the right candidate.

We are currently recruiting for process operatives to join our manufacturing client based in Bourton-on-the-Water on a temporary assignment. This role involves assembling high-quality medical devices within a controlled cleanroom environment, ensuring products are manufactured to the highest quality standards, including some labelling, basic assembly and packing.
