Pertemps Gloucester (Chiltern) Industrial in Bourton-on-the-Water is seeking a Process Operative for a full-time temporary assignment. The role involves assembling medical devices in a controlled cleanroom, following GMP standards, with a four-day week (Mon–Thu) 06:00–16:00 and overtime available.

Qualifications

• Previous production or manufacturing experience preferred (training provided).
• Excellent attention to detail, dexterity and patience.

Responsibilities

• Assembling precision components and medical devices within a cleanroom environment
• Following strict manufacturing procedures, GMP standards and quality requirements
• Meeting production targets while maintaining high levels of accuracy
• Working efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
