Job summary

twentyAI is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to drive change across Private Markets operations, fund services and investment platforms. You will map processes, gather requirements for new systems and lead workshops with senior stakeholders across geographies in a hybrid London environment.

The role focuses on improving fund services, operations, and data workflows, with opportunities to implement AI-enabled tools and advanced analytics as part of a wider transformation programme.

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of Business Analysis experience within Financial Services.
• Strong understanding of fund services processes; deal/transaction lifecycle experience is a differentiator.
• Excellent process mapping and business process modelling experience, ideally using Blueworks.
• Experience gathering requirements for investment, operational or business systems.
• Strong data and analytical capability.
• Comfortable engaging with senior stakeholders across multiple geographies.
• Exposure to platforms such as Monday.com, digital transformation or AI-enabled workflows is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Analyse and map existing fund services and investment-related processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
• Lead requirements gathering across new investment systems, workflow tools and data platforms.
• Produce detailed process maps, business requirements, user stories and functional specifications.
• Support transformation across the fund/deal lifecycle and transaction processes.
• Work with technology teams and vendors on the implementation of new platforms and digital tools.
• Support improvements to operational and investment data, reporting and workflows.
• Help introduce new workflow and AI-enabled solutions across the business.
• Facilitate workshops with senior stakeholders across investment, operations and corporate functions.
