Our client, an established wealth management firm, is seeking a Process Improvement/Business Excellence Analyst to support their multi-year transformation programme focused on operational excellence and digital enablement. The role involves driving process optimisation, fostering continuous improvement, and supporting strategic growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate with process owners to embed a structured process management framework
• Facilitate cross-functional working groups for process improvements
• Support adoption of process management tools like Confluence and Runthru
• Lead annual process reviews and assist in audit preparations
• Support delivery of process improvement initiatives
• Promote continuous improvement culture
• Identify and develop process documentation gaps
• Collaborate with automation team on low-code solutions requirements

Key Requirements

• Experience in process improvement within consulting and financial services
• Knowledge of process documentation methodologies (BPMN preferred)
• Familiarity with process management tools and platforms such as Confluence
• Ability to collaborate across teams and influence change
