Process & Governance Administrator

Epsom/Hybrid | Finance Administration | Permanent | Full-Time

Competitive salary available, depending on experience

37.5 hours per week

Nuffield Health have an exciting opportunity for a Process & Governance Administrator to join their Finance Services Team. This role will focus on supporting the wider team with administration and will be home based / Epsom and will require some occasional travel.

The opportunity

As a Process & Governance Administrator at Nuffield Health you will be a trusted administrator to managers across the business providing support across a range of complex Finance & Procurement administration and enquiries.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain the new product introduction process, ensuring requisite approvals as required are in place prior to acceptance

  • Add & update catalogue items as required through the New Product Introduction process and email requests

  • Manage the addition of new suppliers to the system, including assessing key criteria against request to establish any indications of fraud

  • Challenge the business on new requests where established arrangements are already in place

  • Maintain the Contract repository, ensuring that all criteria are up to date

  • Transactional Procurement activities including contract renewals & raising of purchase orders

  • Assist in the construction and implementation of a Procurement governance framework to house supplier compliance documents

  • Completion and updating of Pricing agreements in the ERP system

  • Support the management of internal requests and questions into Procurement via a central mailbox

  • Support the Procurement team in data collection, savings and project tracking and market research activities.

  • Support the Expenses Analyst in actioning the Expenses payment run to ensure prompt payment of Expenses to all employees

  • Maintain accurate management information

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders across the business both internally and externally

The person

  • Excellent communication skills and ability to build strong and credible relationships at all levels across the business

  • Experience within a procurement administration role or understanding of the P2P process is preferred

  • Experience with Workday system would be beneficial

  • Confidence in becoming a super user with business systems

  • Experience of working in a fast paced environment
