Job summary

CT19 in Oxford is seeking a hands-on Process Engineer to industrialise and scale manufacture of precision consumables, bridging R&D and Manufacturing. You’ll translate new products from development into robust, repeatable production lines while maintaining quality and yield.

Responsibilities include implementing coating and surface treatment processes, leading DoE, SPC and process capability improvements, and ensuring IQ/OQ/PQ and manufacturing validation.

Qualifications

• Surface chemistry / surface modification
• Wet chemistry
• Microfluidic cartridges or consumables
• Optical inspection / surface characterisation
• Reagent or assay scale-up
• Robust, scalable and repeatable manufacturing processes

Responsibilities

• Take new products from development through to robust, repeatable production.
• Coating and surface treatment processes across manufacturing lines.
• Drive DoE, SPC and process capability improvements.
• IQ/OQ/PQ and manufacturing validation.
• Cleanroom and precision manufacturing environments support.
