Job summary

CT19 is seeking a Process Engineer to scale chemical processes from laboratory development through to pilot plant and industrial application. You’ll collaborate with R&D, engineering and commercial teams to deliver process design, modelling and optimisation in a fast-paced, innovation-led environment.

You’ll use Aspen/HYSYS and Excel to support pilot plant delivery, analyse data to drive improvements and support technology transfer for scale-up across the organisation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience scaling lab processes to pilot or industrial scale.
• Strong understanding of process design and technology transfer.
• Knowledge of process safety frameworks including DSEAR, ATEX and HAZOP.

Responsibilities

• Scale chemical processes from bench to pilot scale.
• Contribute to process design, modelling and optimisation.
• Support the design, build and operation of pilot plant systems.
• Analyse process data to drive improvements and cost efficiency.
