Job summary

Diageo Moray House in Elgin is seeking a Process Engineer to shape the performance of our Malt Distilling operations. You will join a collaborative technical team and use data, insight and innovation to drive efficiency, sustainability and operational excellence across our network of distilleries and maltings.

The role requires a Master’s Degree in Chemical Engineering, strong project leadership, data analysis skills, and experience with statistical tools; Lean/Six Sigma qualifications are

Qualifications

• Master's degree in Chemical Engineering required.
• Experience leading and delivering projects within operational or multi-functional teams.
• Strong collaboration, communication and partnership-building skills.
• Experience using statistical analysis tools to drive data-led decision making.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma experience or qualification advantageous.
• Full clean driving licence with at least one year's driving experience.

Responsibilities

• Drive safety, operational, energy, and environmental improvements across Malt Distilling.
• Lead and support continuous improvement and transformational projects.
• Use data and technical expertise to find opportunities and solve complex challenges.
