Energy Jobline CVL is seeking an experienced Process Engineer to support and improve manufacturing operations in a high-value, low-volume environment. The role involves process development, continuous improvement, production support and manufacturing engineering activities to drive efficiency and quality.

The candidate will collaborate with Engineering, Design, Quality, Production, Procurement and Supply Chain to reduce waste and ensure processes meet cost, quality and delivery targets.

Formación

• Experience in manufacturing/Process engineering within high-value, low-volume production.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, 8D problem solving and structured RCA.
• Ability to develop SOPs, SOPs and work instructions for production teams.
• Experience implementing Lean Manufacturing and Lean Six Sigma to reduce waste and improve efficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Develop and improve manufacturing processes with a focus on Design for Manufacture & Assembly (DFMA).
• Develop and implement efficient manufacturing processes, production flows and factory layouts.
• Carry out PFMEA to identify risks and implement preventative measures.
• Lead standardisation and continuous improvement across production workflows.
• Apply Lean and Lean Six Sigma principles to reduce waste and improve efficiency.
• Provide day-to-day engineering support to production teams.
