Job summary

PX Group in Stockton on Tees is seeking a Process Engineer to join the Engineering team on a permanent, full-time basis. You will provide process engineering support across assigned scopes and implement instructions from the Engineering Manager or Senior Engineers.

You'll receive personalised on-the-job training, mentoring and twice-yearly reviews to build your competence and contribute to safe, reliable and efficient plant operations.

Qualifications

• Degree qualified in Process or Chemical Engineering, or equivalent.
• Data interpretation and analysis skills.
• Knowledge of chemical/process engineering principles.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present technical information.
• Team-oriented with ability to manage workload and meet targets.
• Willing to learn new technical and non-technical skills.
• Proficient in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Gain understanding of px business, site and KPI interactions through projects.
• Apply knowledge to own work and contribute to goals.
• Develop original ideas to improve px performance.
• Collaborate with other departments on 24/7 process initiatives and manage projects.
