Product Supply Manufacturing at P&G is responsible for every aspect of product making for some of the world’s best love brands. Working as a Process Engineer in manufacturing, you will be entrusted to lead parts of the business right from the start. Manufacturing has far-reaching responsibilities which cover reliability, quality, safety of our equipment/processes and the motivation of the people working in the plant. The Role:

Manufacturing Process Engineers lead our efforts to identify and drive out losses through standards and system development. They support the daily activities of the production line and/or processing areas, and build long term capability into their area, systems, and technicians. Daily work could encompass any of the following:

  • Identifying, prioritizing, analysing, and eliminating losses and inefficiencies
  • Delivery and start-up of new equipment, initiatives, and projects
  • Collaborating with technical experts, and other functions to create the best solutions
  • Creating learning programs and coaching and training technicians
  • Creating and improving standards to enable us to achieve the performance targets for the production line

Job Qualifications

  • University graduates who have recently completed a degree or will complete a degree in Summer 2025 from the following Engineering disciplines: Mechanical, Electrical or Chemical Engineering.
  • Evidence of passion and achievements, particularly leadership, in academic and/or non- academic activities, short work experience or internships are a plus.
  • Strong English verbal and writing skills.
