Job summary

Croda Singapore is seeking a Process Engineer to join our Ditton site in the UK, delivering safe, compliant process improvements across complex manufacturing assets. You will work with cross‑functional teams to define scopes, cost estimates and capital requests, developing PFDs, P&IDs and URS, and driving asset life‑plans with ALARP risk management.

• Degree in chemical/process engineering or equivalent.
• Experience in regulated environments (cGMP).
• Proven track record delivering complex engineering projects.

Responsibilities

• Identify, engineer and deliver projects to improve safety, operability and profitability.
• Prepare cost estimates and capital expenditure requests.
• Define project goals, milestones and deliverables with cross‑functional teams.
• Develop design documentation (PFDs, P&IDs, URS) and control philosophies.
• Own project budgets and report performance to site leadership.
• Ensure compliance with delivery procedures and handover to end users.
