Job summary

Vault Personnel Pte. Ltd. seeks a Process Engineer to lead daily production activities, scale up new processes, and troubleshoot processing issues at the Singapore plant.

The role involves collaborating with technical researchers to translate customer needs into manufacturing specs and supporting site initiatives in process safety and continuous improvement. You will write and maintain SOPs, participate in RCA and MOC, and contribute to cost reduction, quality, and delivery goals while traveling

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years in local production in the chemical process industry or related areas.
• Ability to apply engineering and scientific principles to resolve problems and improve processes.
• Strong understanding of manufacturing environments, processes and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Launch new processes and products; scale up and produce experimental orders.
• Collaborate with researchers to translate customer needs into manufacturing specs.
• Provide process/operational expertise in planning, installation and commissioning of improvements.
