Job summary

Cubed Resourcing Ltd. is sourcing an experienced Process Engineer to support a defined manufacturing area in the automotive-focused operations.

You will drive NPI, process development, equipment introductions, and continuous improvement across productivity, quality and cost targets. The role requires hands-on engineering, cross-functional collaboration with Production, Quality, Purchasing, Design, and suppliers, and a strong track record in high-volume manufacturing environments, preferably

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in Manufacturing/Mechanical/related discipline preferred.
• 2+ years in Process/Manufacturing/Production Engineering in high-volume manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and monitor New Product Introductions and product variants.
• Develop and optimise manufacturing processes and work methods.
• Lead continuous improvement projects using Lean and PDCA.
• Define equipment requirements and collaborate across design, production, quality, and purchasing.
• Support PFMEA, Process Control Plans, and manufacturing documentation.
