As the Process Engineer, you will master Production Technology and Maintenance techniques, responsible for managing Losses (Breakdown, Waste, Speed), conducting investigations, and implementing resolutions. You will implement basic maintenance processes for designated product lines, utilizing strong structured problem-solving abilities.

Main Responsibilities
  1. Conduct 4-block updates on focus lines.
  2. Generate initiatives to return lines to LSA.
  3. Create daily bottleneck and KPI action plans.
  4. Provide direction to shift teams using data analysis from MES, PAB, and VOA.
  5. Drive centre lining activities for sustained line performance.
  6. Implement poke-yoke solutions and improvements.
  7. Improve quality to reduce TQN and QN metrics.
  8. Drive safety initiatives and improvements.
  9. Identify waste reduction opportunities and ensure actions are completed.
  10. Attend meetings to report engineering status and resource needs.
  11. Resolve recurring loss issues using systematic problem-solving to find root causes.
  12. Support continuous improvement projects and equipment validations.
  13. Provide insights to enhance maintenance standards based on problem-solving outcomes.
  14. Coach teams on continuous improvement tools and methodologies.
  15. Support equipment breakdowns as needed.
About You
  • HNC or Degree in Engineering/Mechatronics or related field.
  • 5+ years of technical or manufacturing experience, especially with high-speed automated equipment.
  • Experience in a busy manufacturing environment.
  • Ability to work collaboratively and foster team-building.
  • Independent thinking with quick decision-making skills under pressure.
  • Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with safety and ergonomics in manufacturing.
  • Strong understanding of Quality Systems.
  • PLC experience preferred but not essential.
