Qualifications

• Strong understanding of process design and engineering principles.
• Ability to produce detailed and accurate engineering documentation.

We are currently looking for Process Engineers for an initial six-month contract. This role is outside IR35. As a Process Engineer, your responsibilities will include:

1. Producing and rerunning the Process Simulation model HYSYM.
2. Producing and updating the Process Simulation Report.
3. Updating Process Modelling.
4. Producing and updating the Process Basis of Design.
5. Producing and updating H&MB mark-up.
6. Producing and updating BFD.
7. Producing and updating PFDs.
8. Producing and updating Equipment List.
9. Producing and marking-up P&ID (PDF mark-up only).
10. Updating Data Sheets.
11. Producing and updating Process Calculations.
12. Producing and updating Cause & Effect Charts.

Deliverables include:

• Simulation Report
• Process Basis of Design
• H&MB
• BFD
• PFDs & UFD
• Equipment List
• P&ID’s
• Process Data Sheets
• Cause & Effect Chart

All documents will be checked for quality, completeness, and accuracy to meet quality standards and client requirements. Corrections and resubmissions will be required if standards are not met.
