Senior / Principal Process Engineer - Clean Energy Start Up

About the role:

As a Senior / Principal Process Engineer in the Process Engineering team, you will work to ensure the successful commercialisation of our novel technology.

You will:

1. Take the lead on projects within the process engineering team and contribute to the process design of future generation products.
2. Support product testing and commissioning.
3. Collaborate closely with other engineering disciplines, production, and R&D teams to meet company objectives.
4. Work effectively with ambiguity and complexity, often without supervision.

Key skills and experience required:

1. A degree in Chemical Engineering and at least 5 years of experience at an Engineer level.
2. Proven ability to successfully deliver projects.
3. Experience in Chemical Engineering Design and Technology Development across relevant industries.
4. Knowledge of process design calculations, process systems design, P&IDs, process optimisation, sizing, and equipment selection.
5. Familiarity with critical safety requirements for process plants, including techniques such as HAZOP and LOPA.
6. Previous experience in commissioning.
