Job summary

Siemens Healthineers in Oxfordshire is seeking a Process Enable Engineering Manager Enable to lead a skilled engineering team in a high-visibility manufacturing environment. You will translate business priorities into local goals, drive safe, reliable processes and champion continuous improvement across safety, quality and productivity.

You will set direction, coach others, manage priorities, and make informed decisions using data and engineering judgement.

Qualifications

Degree in engineering or related field.
Leadership experience in manufacturing, engineering, or technical environment.
Strong engineering judgement with ability to assess proposals, challenge constructively and mitigate risks.
Experience with process monitoring, structured problem solving and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Lead a team of engineers, creating an environment where people can perform, grow and contribute.
Translate business strategy into local priorities, goals and measurable deliverables.
Enable performance against KPIs including safety, quality, productivity, delivery and capacity.
Support safe manufacturing through risk assessment and health & safety compliance.
Drive quality standards aligned with international standards and regulations.
Oversee budgets and stakeholder communication; deputise for Head of SCM Processes.
