You'll ensure adherence to quality and food safety standards while collaborating with cross-functional teams. Candidates should ideally have a degree in food science and relevant experience in a food manufacturing environment. Qualifications
Degree in food science or related field, plus experience in food manufacturing.
Relevant certifications in food safety and hygiene.
Experience analyzing project results through various computer programs.
Responsibilities
Deliver process development and line trials for customer requirements.
Document line trials ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
Promote the adoption of new manufacturing practices for increased efficiency.
Skills
Evaluation and interpretation of shelf-life results
Experience in food safety and quality standards
