Greencore London Meals Abbeydale is seeking a Process Technologist to support development of manufacturing capability and translate approved concepts into full-scale production. Working with cross-functional teams and customers, you will ensure products meet food safety, technical, health and safety, financial and commercial standards in a fast-paced setting.

Responsibilities

• Deliver manufacturing trials in line with critical paths and resolve issues across functions.
• Prepare transit tests, review microbiological and nutritional results, and align with codes and project objectives.
• Coordinate post-trial evaluations, samples, organoleptic assessments and QAS reports with action plans.
• Conduct food safety validations in line with site CCPs and HACCP, ensuring retailer procedures.
• Manage raw materials and packaging approval status, control costs and protect critical path.
• Plan and support customer panels, build stakeholder relationships and drive improvements from feedback.
• Monitor factory processes, analyse data, identify issues and support cost reduction.
• Complete controlled trial, pre-production and launch documentation on time.
• Operate safely, report hazards, and support health, safety and environmental performance.
