Job summary

Electus Recruitment Solutions is seeking a Product Development Engineer to drive robust interconnection solutions from concept to production at our North Kent site. You will lead projects, coordinate milestones, and ensure on-time delivery while collaborating with operations, quality, customers and suppliers.

The role requires strong mechanical engineering skills, experience in continuous improvement and project planning, plus the ability to work independently within a small team and communicate

• Experience with process improvement and manufacturing optimization.
• Proven ability to plan projects and manage milestones.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; works well in small teams.
