We currently have exciting opportunities for Process Controllers to join our team in Thetford.

• This post is working Days OR Nights.
• The hours of work and shift patterns are:
• DAYS - 0500 - 1700 4on 4off.
• NIGHTS - 1700 - 0500 4on 4off.
• The rate of pay is: £14.40 + 10% Night Shift Allowance between 10pm - 6am.

Main Responsibilities:

• Ensure all paperwork is correct and accurately completed.
• Ensure quality of customer product is in line with customer requirements and resolve any issues.
• Ensure the workplace is kept to a high standard of hygiene, health and safety, and GMP.
• Support the line managers to ensure smooth and safe delivery of the production plan.

Other tasks may include using the SAP system; people management; recording waste, downtime, and performance information.

Ideal Candidate:

Our ideal Process Controller will have:

• Superb organisational skills with the ability to communicate clearly – both in writing and verbally.
• A good attention to detail.
• A good standard of spoken and written English.
• The ability to work on own initiative and without supervision.
• Comfortable working in a chilled food processing environment.
