Gigaton in Greater London is seeking a Solutions Engineer – Process Control to join our Product and Solutions Engineering team. This role focuses on decarbonisation in heavy industry by deploying and integrating the latest AI technology into production environments.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in process or control engineering, with relevant experience in industrial optimisation projects. You will work closely with process engineers to implement strategies that cut costs and carbon emissions while enhancing operational efficiency.
Qualifications
- Strong background in process or control engineering, ideally in cement, chemicals, energy, or heavy manufacturing.
- Experience with advanced process control systems and process optimisation projects.
- Comfortable collaborating with operators, engineers, and data scientists.
Responsibilities
- Deploy & integrate Gigaton AI into live cement and industrial plants.
- Collaborate with plant and process teams to identify optimisation opportunities.
- Analyse plant data to identify opportunities and evaluate performance.
