Forward Trust is seeking a dedicated individual to join the Supporting People on Probation Navigator team in Norwich. You will work with adults on probation to encourage positive changes, building trust and rapport while guiding them through wellbeing, relationships and development plans.

The role involves one-to-one support, group activities and collaboration with probation practitioners. A UK driving licence is desirable as travel between venues is essential, and enhanced DBS checks apply.
