Job summary

TSR Legal is seeking a Probate Solicitor or experienced Probate Fee Earner to join its growing specialist probate team. The role offers a flexible hybrid setup with 1-2 days per week in Birmingham and potential to become more remote.

You will manage a diverse caseload across probate and estate administration, delivering exceptional client service while leveraging AI-enabled processes and modern technology to support colleagues and clients.

Qualifications

• Qualified Solicitor (NQ+) or CILEX Lawyer, STEP qualification, or equivalent probate experience.
• Experience managing probate matters and running a caseload autonomously.
• Ability to use initiative in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage own caseload of probate and estate administration from instruction to completion.
• Deliver high level of client service and maintain strong relationships.
• Use modern case management system to handle case information accurately.
• Communicate with clients primarily by phone and email.
• Collaborate with colleagues and administrative support.
• Mentor junior team members where appropriate.
• Manage workload in a busy, high-volume environment.
