CRA Consulting seeks a Probate Solicitor/Fee Earner to manage a varied caseload with AI-assisted support. Hybrid working with 1–2 office days weekly, handling probate matters from intake to resolution and maintaining strong client communication.

Qualifications

• Qualified as a solicitor or legal executive in private practice or equivalent probate experience.
• Ability to manage a varied probate caseload with a client-focused approach.

Responsibilities

• Manage own probate caseload from start to finish with AI tools and case management system.
• Record information accurately in the case management system.
• Engage with clients mainly by telephone and email.
• Mentor junior team members and develop legal skills.
• Collaborate with the team to maintain high service levels.
